Reflections on Navigators’ Two-Year Anniversary
Dear Friends, Clients, and Partners,
As we approach the two-year anniversary of Navigators, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to those who have been part of our journey. First and foremost, to our incredible clients—your trust and partnership have been the bedrock of our success. Being able to share in your nonprofit missions, even sometimes just for a brief period, is our highest honor. Your trust in us has driven us to excellence, and for that, we are profoundly grateful.
We also want to extend a special thanks to our family of Navigators: Trent Whalon, Miki Todosov, Stacy Irwin, Karen Trotter, and Katylin Fairfield – we are in awe of your character, talent, and the unique personalities and strengths each of you brings to Navigators. We often wonder how we got so lucky to find you. And we’ll never forget or not be thankful for our first beauty queen Kim Pham and the bearded dragon himself, Stephen Pricer.
Our heartfelt thanks also go out to our community of partners, including Salesforce, and those companies and individuals we initially expected to be competitors but who have been our greatest allies. The collaborative spirit within this community has been a cornerstone of our growth and resilience. Your support has been invaluable, and we are grateful for the shared successes and the camaraderie we’ve built together.
The past two years have been filled with tears, celebrations, frustrations, sleepless nights, drama, and the countless challenges that come with starting a new company. Yet, as we crest this milestone, we feel we’ve found our stride – like a marathoner settling into their third mile. Looking ahead, we are filled with excitement for the future. We are eager to grow our team, welcoming and training new Navigators to be as passionate and skilled as the wonderful individuals we already have. Meeting new clients and becoming a part of their success stories fuels our drive and purpose. Additionally, we are committed to giving back to the Salesforce community, which has been so generous and supportive to us.
With deepest gratitude,
Hayley Tuller and Dustin Cole
