Job Overview:
As a Salesforce Consultant Fellow at Navigators, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients’ success through effective Salesforce implementations and ongoing support. Leveraging your expertise in Salesforce administration and architecture design, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver tailored solutions that enhance business processes and accelerate growth.
The Navigators Fellowship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience working with esteemed clients, complemented by personalized guidance from seasoned Senior Salesforce Consultants. This comprehensive program spans approximately 3-6 months, with the intention of transitioning successful Fellows to full-time employment upon achieving designated milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, documentation, and user training.
- Customize Salesforce to align with clients’ unique business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.
- Provide post-implementation support, managing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce advancements and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions into projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of implementations, configurations, and customizations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce practices and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Admin certification is required. Preferably 1-3 additional certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of Salesforce industry trends.
